Default Utility bill question and more about Rigby, ID

Hello out there,

I would like to know how much your average electric bill is? Who are the phone, high speed internet carriers, cable, or satellite? How much? We are moving to Rigby from Mesa, AZ next month. We will be living out by county line road. Who takes our garbage? How much is it?

One more question, my husband said that after the SLC news with KSL is over, the station goes black? Is that correct and why?

Thanks in advance.

I'm not in Rigby, however I can answer a few of these questions.

Phone company is Qwest, unless you opt to go VOIP. For high speed you have a few options; Cable One, Qwest, Teton Wireless, all of which either also have digital cable or are connected with a satellite service.

Being out on County Line Rd. I can only guess that you'll have to shop for a garbage service rather than having access to the city pick up.

Channel 5, KSL goes dark after the news as it's an NBC station as is KPVI which is the local NBC station, channel 6. Henceforth, it makes sense in marketing to limit when KSL is viewed.
