When is this festival supposed to takka placa. I have a love for Italian food a too. I also like old Sophia Loren movies. With my last name I would fit in. Italian Sausage, meatballs, Lasagna. Big old cheesy chunks of garlic bread and everybody going "manja manja", did I spell that right?

They need to have a Godfather festival with all of the food you can eat with a one time fee at the gate. We could all walk around with our mouths full of food and talk like the Godfather. We could even spill spaghetti sauce on our white t-shirts and nobody would think a thing of it.

For anyone I may have offended, lighten up, minus the godfather part that is how I spent a lot of my childhood, Italian food and a lot of yelling. If you are Italian you will understand, Capiche?

YOWZA that looks like one great Lasagna!! Yum Yum.

We had snow on our front porch this morning. Just a little bit and it is starting to go away on the roads now. Temp has come up from 25,when I first looked, to 36 now a couple of hours later. Bright and sunny for now. Beautiful day.

Happy Saturday morning. Hotcakes and bacon and coffee served up.

About time to walk to town and get the mail. UUUUMMMM Sounds very energetic but it really is only three blocks. Hehehehehe

Have a great weekend!! Chris

Hey all, new to the "Front Porch", but I think it's a great idea, especially with winter on it's way. I am way up north near Bonners Ferry, where are the rest of you located? Have any of you gotten together for a picnic or any other type of social gathering since you started this thread? While I may be new to the thread I have actually lived in this area most of my life, I as raised here, and love it here.

Oh Trace hasn't mentioned it yet but he is having a dinner / campout on his property on a nice weekend this coming spring.
A City-Data wingding.
There will room for trailers and motorhomes.
He is going to make his killer Lasagna and supply all the beer.
Then he said he would do all the cleaning up after the shindig.
