I hope I spelled that correctly. Anybody have any idea of the availability of townhouses and their median prices?

It will take several years to learn to spell it, thats why I spell it C'dA, and even thats probably wrong.. Seems like they have quite a fewTown House developments now especially on the River.. Alot of condo's overlooking the lake too.. Dont know much about the prices though.

Coeur, not Couer, but the rest is correct. And yeah, you'll mostly hear "CDA" on this board. Try a search for "Coeur d'Alene" and "CDA" and see what comes up. Quite a few condos down by Riverstone on bank sales....
