Lowest point is where the Clearwater River goes through Lewiston, right?

Isn't the highest Borah Peak (or some say Mt. Borah)? If not, I'm confused.

Per chance I'm correct, let me ask the next question. Which city or county was the home to one of Idaho's Governors? In other words, which city/county was one of Idaho's Governor's from (which had the smallest population) of any elected Governor?

Wilson Butte Cave near Twin Falls. The volcanic Snake River Plain holds a lot of secrets.

July 3, 1890, as the 43rd state.

OK, I cheated. I knew 1890, had to google the rest.

How far does the grade of the "old highway" (or for that matter, hwy 95) descend going south into Lewiston, AND, how many turns were in the old hwy, aka the spiral highway or goat trail.
