Question Crime index in Nampa, Caldwell vs. Lewiston, Moscow

I know that these are two different areas, and thats the point. Of these two areas, which would you think generally has the lesser crime rate overall?

Also, is there a radical difference in the 'intensity' of the winters?

Thanks for the help.

I would think that the Palouse valley, because of it's population would have less crime than the Treasure Valley. Concerning the winters; Iv'e heard that the winter inversions of the Treasure valley can be fairly intense.

I think that the 'bangers' and 'wanna-be' bangers are in the caldwell/nampa areas more generally than the asotin/clarkston/LEWISTON areas. If you think this is correct, can you explain WHY? Generational, with the newer generation not interested in growing crops, but rather pot?
