<<Damn, there must be something I can find to sue someone for..>>

First you have to become an illegal alien, then you cause a situation, which you can sue someone for.

I just don't get it either. And I'm still at a loss as to why they even have any rights here in this country?

I guess I'm just at a loss over this whole situation.

I don't know if I am more depressed about it or frustrated.

Or maybe just hopeless.

How would you try a non-citizen for a serious crime...Kangaroo court?
a mock trial and execution? or no trial at all?

I dont know about you, but I like my country's laws just as the Founding Fathers wrote them down...

If you are talking a serious crime and they are brought to trial, yes they need legal representation. If they are convicted and go to jail, they should be deported upon their release.

But I don't believe illegals should have the right to sue a man for protecting his property. They shouldn't be here. Period.

None of them should. But they are and they get rights and services that they are not entitled to by virtue of them being illegal.

Is that fair to the legal immigrants and citizens of this Country? No. Absolutely not.

Anybody here able to defend this with a straight face?
Maldef should support Americans of mexican descent, not these illegal invaders who piggy back off of the suffering and accomplishments of our mexican- american ancestors.

You do know that the Mexican government has published materials outlining how to get into the United States illegally, don't you?

So we end up with the unpaid hospital bills when these idiots attempt to cross the hottest desert to get here, and are overcome with heat and exhaustion.

Mexico doesn't want illegals coming from THEIR south (Guatemala, etc.), but they expect US to allow them to come here with no restrictions--and to bend over backwards once they are in.

Screw the Mexican government, Calderón, the horse he rode in on, and all of the other countries that condone illegal immigration to the USA.
separate the two points. Illegal Immigration and trespassing.

A Rancher on the US-Mexico border is not a US agent and does not work for the US government...He is a property owner, and is entitled to protect his life and home. his property is looked on as less vital.

In Texas a person can use Deadly force to protect oneself[family] and home[interior] within reason. Eminate danger.

Yes. It's called the Castle Doctrine. Too bad every state does not have it. As a native Texan, I am very well aware of it, and the fact that Texas and all of the other border states are being overrun and sucked dry by these parasites.

Illegal immigration IS tresspassing. They have NO right to be here
