Christopher Allen Simcox, DOB 11-29-60 is being sought so that an Order Of Protection may be served upon him by local law enforcement. On 16 April 2010, Mrs. Alena Simcox sought and was issued this OOP from Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County. Mrs. Simcox alleges Chris Simcox has threatened her and their three (3) children with a loaded handgun, and to kill them and any police officers that may come to their home in a recent events.
I'm surprised that it took so long to hit the forum. This story has been out there for a while. I really don't care if the Minuteman founder is a dirt bag. Arrest him and let him pay the price. The organization itself is still a good thing. I can't think of anything better than a group of citizens putting their lives on the line to protect the sovereignty of their nation.

Nearly every person active in the anti-illegal immigration movement has known that Chris Simcox is iffy at best for years. This was common knowledge before I left California three years ago. Simcox has been effectively ostracized from the movement for a very long time.
The fact that he's not the most stellar of human beings is old news. You give more importance and credence to Simcox than those of us in the movement ever did.
Of course, I'm wondering what this has to do with the actual subject of illegal immigration itself.
