Without a doubt the stupidest thing I have ever seen is the suit Mexico is trying today to bring against Arizona because their S 1070 will cause all kinds of racial profiling. Stupid because the law says that racial profiling can't be done.
Well the stupid part of this suit is the fact that they have no standing to make a request like this of a United States federal court. If the birthers, most of whom are citizens, have no standing how can Mexico have it? Which of the lawyers here want to explain that to me. If our voters have no standing where does Mexico get it?
