I'd place some blame on the Dems as well. Remember e-verify got removed from the stimulus package.

The Dems are no better than the Repubs when it comes to this topic.
Just look no further than Pelosi.

As I said, this administration is turning the law on its head. We have never given Constitutional rights to a civilian trail by judge and jury, for prisoners of war caught during war, while at the same time our president thinks an American citizen is a terrorist and authorizes kill on sight orders w/o a trial. But then you skipped right over that last part.

No Constitutional rights were "removed".

Once again, what happened to the law? If BP was "negligent" and violated our laws or regulations, then isn't that for the courts to decide, are we no longer a country of laws and due process? Do we bypass our laws, and allow the president of the United States to badger, coerce or strong-arm corporations into giving up billions of dollars, even if he has the howling mob is cheering him on?

My favorite photo of the real 0bama, the racist "acted stupidly" policeman
helps 0bama's infirmed friend down the stairs, while Mr. "Empathetic" Obama
struts off ahead without a care

Does this mean you disapprove of voter intimidation at the polls, and holder should not have dismissed the case?

Once again, this administration decides which laws are stupid, and not worth enforcing, e.g. voter intimidation, illegal immigration.

This administration thinks they get to decide which laws they think due process should be summarily dismissed and ad hoc punish should be handed out by the executive branch. In other words, the law be damned, as long as the howling mob is on their side and they are kept sufficiently agitated and angry.
