City's new immigration policy detains foreign suspects

sorry to inform you criminal loving liberals, but the streets are a little safer.

all I can say is that the whole country needs to adopt an AZ style law, this country needs a good cleaning.

New Mexico?

Dang, guess the illegal aliens that fled AZ to NM literally obliterated the state. Now they'll have to go to California...

They haven't yet, but it's probably only a matter of time.

NM does not have the jobs that AZ/CA/TX do, so that will help keep the number down for awhile.

Our governor is so pro-illegal alien that it's enough to make you sick.

But his sympathies would lie with Mexico, as his mother is a Mexican national, who married an American that was working in Mexico City.

This may be new News to you, but this practice has been going on for years. Any law enforcement agency could work with ICE under the 287(g) program and act as proxy Federal Agents and ask for immigration status of any person under detention so long as the agency follows Federal immigration policy guidelines.
