Smith said each student represents about $5,000 in annual funding to the district, so a drop of 111 students represents about a $555,000 funding cut.
How will this effect them when there is 111 less student to support.?

Their main concern is losing the $,

Figures. NM, TX and CA all need to draft similar laws, period. They also are not going to find the number of jobs here in NM that they will in other states, including TX, which has been overrun with them for YEARS.

In fact, all <TIC> 57 <TIC/off> states need to just borrow AZ's law and put it into effect.

Do you really believe that your property taxes would come down if there were no illegals?

I really believe the need for further taxation for future infrastructure issues, School Bonds , Prison bonds etc, etc....Would greatly be diminished.

Arizona's new Law has it's intended affect.

Illegals are fleeing the State before the New Law goes into effect. Great News, Maybe the rest of the Illegals will get the message that they're not welcome.
BTW there is already a Legal path toward Citizenship, these criminals chose to ignore it and now want Special Treatment.
Legal and illegals are leaving.

5000 a student from the feds? That means the state will be almost 4900 in the GREEN if the studient children of Illegals leave with them. Before they were in the hole that 4900.

Good good news!

really? Why would a legal hispanic want to live in a state where they can be subjected to humiliation just because a cop suspects they are "illegal" just by their looks? I'm hispanic (not Mexican) but I wouldn't want to live in such a draconian state.
