California is well known for cutting off its nose to spite its face.

Legislature there and L.A. Council are fools and out of control.

case in point"California faces $19 billion budget deficit despite massive cuts

Acting before you think, comes to mind.
It is a habit, they cannot shake.
It cost more in the long run, but looks good right now.

Tony "We clean your toliets!" Villar and his lap dogs are idiots. Villar is digging himself a hole with all the freebies he's been taking without reporting them through proper channels. Janice Hahn is a caricature and the rest of the L.A. city council is spineless and pandering. The rest of California's elected officials aren't much better. There needs to be a complete and total housecleaning in California. Incumbents need to be tossed out on their collective tushies. In the infamous words of John and Ken, "Carry 'em out nude!"

Just look at that state, full of illegal aliens. Let'm (Calif's government) fall off into the ocean, I have more important things in my trash can.
