The majority of native U.S. Indians are U.S. citizens. The several hundred Tohono O'odham in Mexico that have been denied such citizenship despite their ancestors' presence in the border region since time immemorial, which is probably a bitter pill for the Legislative Council and President. It is for me as a sympathizer, so I'd imagine that an O'odham must be that much angrier.
Not just the Majority... ALL of them.
The 14th amendment, makes them US citizens.
