I'm really tired of the pro-criminal crowd adding verbage to this law. You can't be stopped for being brown. If you are breaking a law then you should be worried if here illegally.

They don't stop you for being brown. They stop you for some tail light that's out, or no break lights even though said lights ect. work.
And that is one of the best examples of why this law and all laws that would profile should be stopped!!!!
You've made it quite apparent that you haven't read SB1070 and don't know what you are talking about.

Is this what your crystal ball is telling you? You don't even live in Arizona. I hope you've enjoyed your visit here. Please come back when you know what you're talking about.

After being stopped under the guise of a broken light, will the driver have the opportunity to see the light in question? Or, will police take a club and break the light?
READ THE LAW! Probable cause must come AFTER the person is pulled over for a traffic violation or AFTER being arrested for committing a criminal act.
Gawd, I love these people who continue to spout nonsense even after being informed that the LAW says otherwise and that suspicion that a person may not be in this country legally is NOT probable cause to pull them over!
Constitution states that in order to be questioned for a crime the police need probable cause. What is probable cause for being an illegal immigrant. If cops pull you over, they have every right to question you regarding the requirements for operating a motor vehicle, they do not have the right to ask you for your citizenship, violates 4th Amendment. Look up the 4th amendment.

Wow...
So, if someone IS stopped by the police, they DO have a right to ask to see your driver's license, registration, and insurance.

If Law enforcement "can't" do it, will that lead to "citizens" doing it....Citizen's arrest??
