This is the Illegal Immigration Forum. The thread topic relates to the hypocrisy of Mexico in relation to their treatment of illegal aliens and their constant interference in OUR immigration policies.

Mexico has been charged with numerous human rights violations for their inhumane treatment of illegal aliens. Yet, as the article indicates, nothing is being reported by the media, while they regularly post articles portraying the U.S. as “separating families” when Mexican illegals are deported. The thread is most definitely germane to this forum.

Good post. Some may not get it depending on their own self interests. Yes the thread is germane to illegals.

interference...get real, filing an Amicus brief is hardly interference, a little less dramatics please. And the speech by the Mexican President was done in the US about a subject of US immigration...what are you missing.

and SB1070 is a US immigration matter, and Mexico filing a brief is germane in the sence that AZ SB1070 is the subject of that thread topic.

It is correct that Uganda and Turkey did not file Amicus Briefs; my point is, that if they had, it would be germane to the topic of AZ SB1070. We do not discuss Ugandas or any other Country's immigration polocies as the relate to their own policies...

Mexico's treatment of aliens in their Country is a matter of Mexican immigration and you know it.

and since Mexican immigration policies is the focus of this thread, it belongs in the Mexico Forum and you know that too.

I’m not going down this road. If you can’t comprehend the relevance of this thread to the subject of illegal immigration, I certainly can’t help you. Furthermore, the forum is Illegal Immigration, not U.S. Illegal Immigration.

The following are a few threads posted on this forum that the mods apparently considered appropriate.

Criminal illegal aliens in Italy suffer under new laws

News, Europe, Satellite system to track illegal migrants.

Italy calls national emergency on migrant influx

Spain will pay jobless migrants to return home

Actually, the ho in this mess is the present administration, they will do anything for votes...illegals, felons, dead people, slugs (if they could vote). Mexico's castoffs are this administration's treasures.

Absolutely....what on EARTH does Mexico have to do with illegal immigration into the US? As everybody knows, Sheriff Joe is busy chasing Lithuanians in Phoenix, while the good residents of Maricopa County with ancestors from Croatia cower in their homes, afraid of the police. Meanwhile, the 'Sons of Taiwan' are readying a legal challenge against the Sheriff as we speak, and the Armenians plan a US flag-burning this weekend. The amassador from Albania continues to harangue Arizona to 'treat Albanians well', regardless of legality. What ANY of this has to do with Mexico is beyond me.

Mexico? Illegal immigration to the US?....I see no connection at all. Thanks for pointing this out.

Some try to derail any thread with the word "mexican" in it. This is the illegal immigration forum, illegals come from all Countries and many Countries have illegal immigration policies and problems created by them.

Funny, I didn't any self appointed mod spark up about threads on Europe or Africa in this forum. It's the word "mexican" they seems to get bent out of shape about. Well, until most of the Illegals cease to be MEXICAN we'll be using the term MEXICAN.

If illegal immigration isn't mostly about Mexicans and other Latinos then why is it mostly those of that ancestry that are protesting every attempt at enforcing our immigration laws and demanding amnesty for illegal aliens? What group has been the most represented in the marches? What ethnicity has all their advocacy groups and politiicians making demands for illegal aliens?

To end this off topic discussion, yes, this thread belongs here. The forum is called "Illegal Immigration" not "Illegal Immigration to the USA".
Yac.
