The United States could easily stop the influx of Mexicans if our government had the desire to. Obviously, the Mexican invasion is by design.

I am curious to see what Americans think is the reason behind this. I know exactly why it is happening, and who is behind it. I want to see if you know why it is happening.

Big Business wants cheap labor. I will never shop at a WalMart. I will never gamble at big casinos (some of the largest employers of illegals) I will never buy a Tyson product.

Close, but that's a fringe benefit. This is not a viable long-term economic plan. Cheaper labor means nothing if you destroy your own consumers.

I'm surrounded by Tyson smelly stinking chicken farms and processes plants. And we are over run with "people doing the jobs Americans don't want to do" I never buy Tyson nor shop at Wal-Mart the area I live in, in KY has a "immigrant" population of over 15% for around here that is a lot.

It wouldn't be easy. It'd be very, very expensive to do what's necessary to secure our borders. We should still explore it as a necessary task, but to call it "easy" is ludicrous.

1. Pull all troops out of the entire world.
2. Place them along the Mexican border with orders to shoot anything that moves (like most countries do).
3. Prosecute all businesses who hire illegals and cut off all welfare and other aid. Deport all illegals within one year.

So why is this happening? It could be stopped at any moment.

The North American Union (this mentioned in Senate amnesty bill), is to merge U.S. Canada and Mexico, and The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America for trade between countries is a part of this. Nafta and using foreigners for both cheap and skilled labor are are a part of it. Globalization=New World Order.

Um. Yeah. That will happen.

While I agree we need to scale back our international involvement, we aren't going to go anywhere near an isolationist policy. We will at least have involvement in Taiwan (obvious defense against Commie China) either through assistance or whatever. We will have involvement in Japan as long as they honor their WWII pacifist doctrine. We will deploy SEALs and other special forces when our citizens get held hostage. That's the bare, bare, bare minimum.

Moderate scale back I can see, pulling SOME troops out of the rest of the world I can see. We know we are not going to remove all troops from the rest of the world. That's just an extreme overreaction. So let's work on a solution that's possible. Can we seal our southern border? Yes. Now we need to find out the cost. We need to find out how we'll pay for it. We need a realistic solution. The solution will not be found through fear, but through reason.

Okay, so some people are talking about a North American Union/SPP idea.

Where do you think this comes from? Did it just spring into someone's head one day, or does it have roots in a political movement of the last century? Does this resemble anything that happened in the last hundred years anywhere else in the world?
