What makes ICE so uniquely qualified to enforce the nation's immigration law? There are plenty of laws that are federal laws. What if local law enforcement agencies were to not enforce counterfeiting? Or kidnapping?

True, unlawful enforcement can easily lead to discrimination. But that is because the problem is so widespread. All the more reason to allow local enforcement in order to control it. True, it's our own fault that we let it happen. But only allowing federal agencies to enforce the law will only lead to the problem getting worse, not better. Obama must want that; he has clearly sent this message with the lawsuit.

That’s a good question. I suspect it’s because the corporate masters aren’t profiting from counterfeiters, kidnappers, bank robbers, etc. The cheap labor industry holds the purse strings, so our greedy so-called representatives do exactly as told. While State and Local LE enforce federal laws on a daily basis, illegal aliens are a “special” group of criminals. They alone, need protection. After all, we wouldn’t want them to be treated unfairly.

we need to fix this problem using every resource we have, from local police enforcement to being able to report them and something finally being done. like any crime when being seen committed. we need take the money we are giving them and use it for more cops and enforcement.

remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease, complain let everyone know !

Racial Profiling is nothing but a label. It's one of the few weapons the Pro illegals have to turn crimials into victims.

If you notice, the only thing the Pro illegal's can use against us is what they made up,,,,,,,,,,which is all lies and false accusations. They don't have 1 legitimate complaint against us.
