Bingo! These politicians who are away from the problem and even famous celebrities who are away from it are protected from the issues that illegal immigration brings. They don't have to use public health care, public schools in impoverished neighborhoods, they don't live in neighborhoods that illegal immigrants decided were great spots to set up shop in. They live in their isolated neighborhoods with their hundreds of thousands of dollars of investment portfolios. They can support their housekeeper or their employees that are undocumented and working at their restaurants.

I totally agree with you and I could not have said it better myself. Tables would be turned if these people who support illegal immigrants weren't 1) in a relationship with their beloved undocumented lover and have become one with the life of an undocumented family (see it all the time), 2) didn't have a favorite Mexican restaurant that they love to go to that allows them to feel like they are on a vacation in Mexico, 3) didn't own a horse farm where they see Mexicans working from 5AM-10PM at night in order to keep the horse earning millions, 4) didn't have a landscaping company that hires undocumented workers to cut their grass well. If they were not in those positions things would be different.

As I clearly stated in my post, I was working there for a couple of weeks. I do not live there.

By the way we have majority Hispanic communities here in Massachusetts and they are all cesspools of illiteracy, illigitimacy, drugs, domestic violence, street crime, and corruption

One of the worst things the government and financial institutions did is Directo a Mexico to make it easier for illegals to wire money back to Mexico. We shouldn't be making it easy for illegals from anywhere to send money out of the country. In fact, we should prosecute financial institutions for facilitating it.

Certain businesses are making life here in the US easier for illegal immigrants. Who is going to stop those companies from doing that though? I am not a big fan of restrictions on businesses about how they can do their business, but at the same time, I think that the government regulates businesses all the time and sometimes for good reasons (environmental protection, labor laws, etc.). So, it could be possible that regulations will be imposed on businesses to restrict servicing undocumented immigrants when it comes to things like financing. These banks that allowed undocumented immigrants to open bank accounts would be the first places to hit.

It also relates to Homeland Security. You could be allowing the wrong person to wire money back and forth. At most institutions, you are supposed to have a social security number to open a bank account. The fact that undocumented immigrants use other people's social security numbers to open accounts is scary. Anytime your SSN is involved in the money of someone else, it can be a scary thing. I would think that banks should be held accountable for not verifying these social security numbers.

The wiring of money back to their countries also means less money will stay in the US. You can combine that fact with the amount of money that undocumented immigrants are taking from budgets.

that video is garbage (and i didnt have the displeasure of having audio for the clip). it would have been tons better to actually have a slower continous visual of the streets. the people. pointing the camera down shows us sidewalks and streets like any other city.

what i saw... streets being scraped and repaired. people LIVING in a city. there were nice cars parked along streets that had pink plants hanging out of planters. there were people enjoying a park. others hanging out talking on the sidewalk (since when is this specific to illegals?). i saw many things that one would see in a bustling lil town.
further, i stand and chat with my neighbors on the sidewalk. if we see eachother in front of the cleaners or donut shop we stop and chat. is the OP trying to say that the previous inhabitants of westbury went from home to work to the store without interacting?

also, as for the spanish language material... who really cares? i lived in koreatown at one point (which was heavily jew then). there were signs in korean, signs in english, signs in spanish. i saw it as a savvy business practice. koreatown is skyscrappers and office buildings. Am i to ASSume that its a bunch of illegals in those business because the signs are in korean?

what a sad paranoid world you live in OP.

well the OP is part of that small minority

also, should i as a black man[mixed], do something about changing the image that black criminals "give" the larger black community? why would i feel a connection to these criminals to begin with? i dont, it seems that outsiders put that burden on me. why do i have to do something special OTHER THAN LIVE MY LIFE HONESTLY AND LEGALLY in order to appease idiots who lump all black people together. the majority of molesters are white men. do white men have to do something special to prove they are NOT like those molesting white men? why should hispanics do anything special themselves? why are you lumping them all together?

i never quite got that type of reasoning...

What are Hispanics doing to change their image with this small minority? Are they standing up for the rule of law and denouncing illegal immigration? I think your answer may lay in that question. Sometimes we can be our own worse enemy. Know what I mean?

Westbury is not a city, but as it deteriorates it is starting to look more like a run down urban area.

The town has been turned into a sty since the influx of Salvadoreans and other illegals. What might look nice to you is rather foul in person when compared to the earlier days. Perhaps you live in conditions where current day Westbury looks acceptable. I am sorry if that's the case.

What you see on a small computer screen, 3,000 miles removed from the situation, is a very small window as to what is actually going on here.

Another benefit the viewers have is not being able to smell the doorways and alleyways where these very same individuals relieve themselves after downing a 40 or two.

The men in the area loiter in doorways, down alleyways. They leave their basura behind. They live many to a small apartment and if you looked closely at the one building could see that in one building they were all jacking service from one satellite dish. Around here, that's called theft of services. They congregate in parks and get very territorial about it. They will challenge someone's right to be in a place which the taxpayer's support. It's all part of the machismo.

We have police pulling over unlicensed, uninsured cars with stolen plates on them. There have been news stories where the police have found machetes in some of these vehicles. How do you spin that? Poor misunderstood illegal alien needs the machete to work on the construction site?

Perhaps you want this fine, upstanding illegal alien residing in Westbury at your family's next party?

Not only do we have to deal with actual citizen pedophiles, but now we're getting imported POS's too!
