The problem is, he is a U.S. Citizen.

Mistakes are going to happen. Police officers in non-immigration cases make those mistakes all the time and you're thinking, "Does that person have any say in this?" It could be a drug case, child support case, anything, the local cops will try to arrest the wrong person. The pro illegal immigration community is going to try to say this is a sign that discrimination occurs.

Quote:
Guevara said the agents came to his home because they said he had a deportable offense -- a 2008 felony drug charge. "I was hanging out with the wrong people," he said. "But I paid my fines, did my time, and never tried to justify it. I was held responsible for my actions."
Come on now, and he is wondering why they came knocking at his door?

Actually ICE is correct - the guy MAY be a US citizen, but as a naturalised citizen he CAN be deported for a felony.......ICE came to deport him for a 2008 felony drug charge. The fact he claims "But I paid my fines, did my time, and never tried to justify it. I was held responsible for my actions." does not extinguish the FACT that what he did was commit a deportable offense for a naturalised citizen.

Bet it gets swept under the carpet though now he's a "born again Christian" - yeah whatever.

You are 110% right.

Entitlement is rampant.

I'd be happy to show ICE where they can find illegals in Sacramento. Finding illegals isn't hard to do in CA since apparently 10%of our population is illegals. Sickening.
