REYNOSA, Mexico – A 9-months-pregnant Chinese woman traveled more than 15,000 kilometers (9,300 miles) so her baby could be born in the United States, but she was turned back at the border and wound up giving birth in Mexico.

The woman lamented the fact that she had not achieved her dream of having her child in the United States.

Too damn funny - time they started turning back EVERY over 6 month pregnant visitor, even the legal ones. Time to stop the birthright gravy train. She may be confident she can stay in Mexico but I'm betting she won't.

She now has a MEXICAN anchor baby - too sad, too bad.

Those racist bastards! How dare they not have interpreters who are able to accomodate every person on the planet! They better learn fast that they need to adapt to immigrants rather than expecting immigrants to adapt to their country.

All the way from China? I wonder if a terrorist from a Country on watch could do this too?

Just walking down the banks of the river. The guy that busted her deserves a medal.

First off, the fact that just being born here = Automatic citizen needs changed. It may have worked in the 1800 and 1900's when cars and planes were not around for fast transportation, but its completely broken and abused nowadays. Besides that, you are right. Unless all terrorists are completely inept [and they are not], they could hop our border just as easily as anyone else can. And why not ? Our airport security is good, while our border system is a absolute joke.

What no pictures? I bet she was hot even for a 9 month pregnant woman. LOL J/K. I admit it I am so in love with an asian woman. My wife.
To travel so far only to be denied. Brings a whole new meaning to the agony of defeat. But imagine the mentality that was driving this journey.
If I birth in the USA they will owe me a green card....
Now what do you think spawned such thoughts? Could it be that so many have gotten away it already? Just a guess.
