This really angers me. Our country should be enforcing our laws and not fighting to tear them down. The very fact that the government actively refuses to enforce border security AND deport illegals is maddening. And they have the gall to take a state to court for wanting to enforce the law...
If the FEDS did they're job, which DOES include border patrol and deportation of illegals [the numbers of which are simply MASSIVE today, 20million+] Arizona would not need to step up and try and do the job itself. All of Washington is a failure for allowing illegal immigration to reach this point, Dem and Republican alike.

This is great great news!!! I am very proud of this judge! We need to let the conservatives and bigots know that they don't run things anymore. The Mexicans are here to stay and the old white tea party types need to get used to that. Arizona was stolen from Mexico to start with and the Mexicans have every right to be there.

Federal authorities who are trying to overturn the law have argued that letting the Arizona law stand would create a patchwork of immigration laws nationwide that would needlessly complicate the foreign relations of the United States.

That part of the Law was unconstitutional. I'm willing to bet a dollar if this Law was proposed initially by the Democrats. All hell would have broken lose.
