The Ariz law clearly infringes on Federal authority. But the idea that the Supreme Court could rule 5-4 to allow the infringement, would not be surprising. This Court has demonstrated it's partisanship and disregard of the Constitution several times.

AZ law does not infringe on anything, rather it actually enforces the law your beloved government fails to do.

And this court waiting until November just points to what is wrong with some things in this country. So these clowns are going to sit on their behinds until November on an important decision like this. We already know how the 9th Circus is going to rule. And they know that we know so they are dragging this out as much as possible. We want them just to get it over with so we can take it to the Supreme Court and hopefully get a win there.

Floridabob, you many not care about Arizona, America, and our laws, but many of us do.

The federal government had the authority but it has not done anything about enforcement of it's own laws. The laws the federal government chooses to completely ignore are needed laws and by failing so completely in it's duty to protect the citizens of this country, it makes it necessary for the states to take over.

The 9th Circus Court is just stalling. They and we, already know that they cater to liberal views and will vote against Arizona. So they are taking as much time as they can.

It still amazes me how some will stand against America and our laws but stand with those who break the law.

Astonishing, isnít it? These same people are the first to belittle struggling or unemployed citizens displaced by illegal workers. According to them, thereís something wrong with citizens who must compete against illegals. Itís mind-boggling that so many have undying compassion for illegals, yet have none for their fellow Americans.

This is usually because they, their extended family or their Parents came here illegally.
