Really? Let's say you get pulled over for driving with a broken tail light - you appear to be high - guess what? The cops don't NEED a warrant to search your car for possible drugs or paraphenalia - because they HAVE probable cause.

So what's your beef really?

I believe the state of Arizona should sue the federal government for it's failure and refusal to enforce it's own laws. Not only does it fail to enforce it's laws, it entices lawbreakers to break those laws.

The federal government should also be sued for the cost of housing, feeding, jailing, providing medical care, schools and so on for the illegals. None of these costs should be borne at the local level.

What's "my beef" with what? If you're Hispanic you're automatically high, is that what you mean?[JK] We're talking about SB 1070, not a separate and complete crime such as being intoxicated.

The OP was quoting a "Constitutional Attorney" whose claim to fame is insisting that 9/11 was orchestrated by the freakin' Mafia, for god's sake.

The OP is about Judge Bolton not having jurisdiction over Arizona. Guess what, read the brief. Therein you'll find HER beef.
