Entitled to behave disrespectful to the national flag, no, because it's not the whole country that made the law, just Arizona.

A lot of the legalization and path to citizenship should be, in my opinion, conditional based on each illegal immigrant. There are many that have actually contributed a lot to the country, and a great chunk of them really are hard workers.

Obviously, there are also many that commit real crimes and don't do a thing for the country, but it's not like you can easily weed out the bad ones so it's difficult to find a good solution other than just deporting them all.

If you trample the American flag, I will agree, either way you will have issues staring you in the face, ready to eliminate you from the genepool.

Arrested? Well that probably means physical contact would be used, so obviously yes!

If they were Amerians stomping on the flag, then I'd assume that something recent happened that they disagreed strongly with, and I'd leave it at that. I'm a really big believer in, you know, civil liberties. (I THOUGHT that they were American (legal Mexicans) when I made that post, okay? Chill out. At least I can admit that I made a mistake.)

Well I think this week I will purchase a little tiny Mexican flag and light a match under it. Just for my own self expression and peace of mind.

Not if what I said struck you as hate speech or racism, no physical contact needed.

#1, how do you know the ethnicity of the offenders in the photo? All you can see is their feet.

#2, I thought the hatred was only about illegals and had nothing to do with people of Mexican descent?
