Ha, majority rules. America wants illegal aliens out of America, they have proven to be the worst as well as mostly detrimental force in America.
(Reminding you that because they are a force, does not give them power. Locusts can be eradicated although a force in numbers)

America abhors illegal immigration for the outnumbered detrimental reasons and have not found ONE positive for them to continue here. The "old" "We can't deport all of them" is the largest fallacy spewed today. Not only is it obtainable, but acceptable. Say goodbye to your furry little friends now as they are leaving in droves as well as being deported more in this administration than any other in history. Illegals have been duped. America says-----getout!

Never underestimate the most POWERFUL Country in the WORLD. In the WORLD. get it?

44 states are enacting some form of 1070 in their states!

Hmmmm? this may be big.
The States may come together and change Federal law!
Now that would be historical!

Supreme Court will rule it unconstitutional.

Wow. I did underestimate your ignorance of this issue.

Do you really understand the ruling? Or are you parroting the misinterpretation?

No matter.

Watch. Learn.

The Supreme Court will make the final decision.
Our Constitution says this lower court judge has no authority to hear the case at all, when the Federal Government litigates with a State, or visa-versa.

When you see

The UNITED STATES
vs.
(INSERT STATE HERE)

it is a Supreme Court matter directly.

Wouldn't it be ironic if during the presidency of a constitutional lawyer, that stoops to sueing a state for trying to do the job the federal gov't refuses to do, we would finally get our country back on track? Now that really would be unprecedented.

I heard today that Virginia got past the first round on the healthcare bill too.

Now that's the Hope and Change I've been waiting for.

The constitution also says we are a nation of laws and its illegal to be a illegal alien in this country but our governamnt ignores the law and does not enforce the immagration laws. It actually fails to even prosecute those that abet breaking the law such as some cities. Its the start of lawlessness and will only have itself to balme when the mob takes over protecting themselves.

What are you talking about? Supreme Court does not have exclusive jurisdiction. What nonsense!
