Great question.

They will probably just ignore it like they ignore everything else.

How is it than an illegal can start a business and OWN property?

I don't mean to sound naive, but the documents I had to provide (in addition to a nice down payment) included identity documents, banking documents, payroll info, etc. What did this woman provide, and what sort of business is she in -- other than popping out babies to milk the system.

WHO said her business is legal? Probably isn't. No reason an illegal wants to deal with all that legal red tape stuff, right?

As far as the financing - ask the Fed - who URGED banks to make loans to the "untapped niche market" of illegals back in the early 2000s.

Wow you are a moron. Do you realize how many foreigners own property in this country? There is no law against it. Same for starting a business. Illegality is staying in the country when you are not authorized to do so, but the country welcomes foreigners to conduct business activities and investment.

** zing pow**

Most of the Illegals that bought homes with stolen docs and fake information no longer have them. They basically got free rent for as long as they could before walking away.

I can remember when I had to show two forms of ID just to cash a check.

I was wondering what 'Willy" was talking about and thought "I'm not even going to address this....poster".

Thanks for the patience in dealing with those who make comments without fact screaming their own ignorance on an issue by only reverting to namecalling as a response.

You guys are the morons. One could buy a house or start a business in the US without setting foot in the country. One could do it on a tourist visa. One could do it sneaking into the country. There are no laws against it. And even if this lady got kicked out she'd still own a business and a house, ownership doesn't change with a deportation.

Like most in these threads your common sense is lost in your hate for illegals. If the lady has a payroll of 10 and closes up the business because she left, would you all celebrate 10 people losing their jobs?

I highly dislike illegal immigrants who use manipulation tactics to prevent deportation. I don't hate illegals, but their dishonesty makes my blood boil.

Then its nothing but her fault. She still have the authority to pass the business down to someone else.

How's that any different from sex offender/murderer/etc who owns an escort company that employs 10 people, but his arrest leads to the closure of his business and loss of job for those 10 people?
