She and the others arrested on a class 3 felony charge of ID theft, were allowed to plead instead to "criminal impersonation" - a misdeamour - how very convenient, as a FELONY would have prevented her from qualifying for a deferral.
God this country's agencies are beginning to disgust me.

If there was a just god, Napolitano would have her identity stolen and sold by illegals. How sweet that would be.
