Considering the present administrations path I would say yes.
Obama and his administration are against the will of the people. Those kinds of government actions haven't been seen since the beginning of the revolution when King G. and the wigs tried to make America submitt to British laws. Like then as now the people did and will revolt. Just a half a day's reading can show anyone who is interested that our government has become the same government that we fought independence from and for very similair reasons.
(Quit note; King G. and the wigs forced laws on the Colonies (pre revolution, five years or so) then enforced them thought military means. It was the smaller towns (Militia) that fought the hardest and had a great deal to do with defeating the British.)

I'm angered and ashamed that my state is not on that list.

I am thankful my state is. Sadly, they waited until illegals have practically bankrupted the state.

The list of states with lawmakers pursuing versions of SB 1070 include Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.

I wonder how broke CA has to be before we see it on that list?
