Here is an interesting link forwarded to me - an article from businessweek:

"Outsourcing: How to Skirt the Law
Want to hire cheaper foreign workers instead of Americans? A lawyer tells you how to game the immigration system—and it's all on YouTube"

"The seminar provides details on how employers can meet the government's requirements for the Permanent Labor Certificate program (PERM), which lets employers sponsor foreign workers for permanent residency if they can demonstrate no U.S. worker can fill a job. "

H1B visa abuse is rampant. This article and video explains much and further complicates the immigration issues.

Also, check the comments from this article. These are tech workers in the trenches. The amnesty bill is not just a "migrant worker" issue, it affects white collar workers as well as one of the provisions of the bill will increase the number of H1B visas available.

I watched the video and read some of the comments. It's just sick what greedy corporations are doing to American workers. These companies just don't have any loyalty to their country and fellow citizens anymore.

Very greedy. Corporations will hire illegals to cut their labor expenses. Then outsource jobs using H1B visas, and when all else fails as a last resort move an entire billion dollar business that was built in the United States overseas where they don't have to worry about pesky things like safety laws, child labor laws and a livable wage.
