This showed invalidate the whole voting block for that/any area and make them start over. If they don't do anything this will go on and not one honest candadate will be elected.

OMG, are you serious? I don't type very fast. I think we've all agreed and are aware that what this person did was illegal. He cannot be convicted of this crime because the statutes of limitation have run out. When the statute of limitations run out, that means one cannot be arrested, tried or convicted of a particular crime. That also would mean......aw, heck, it's hopeless ~

Then I'll explain it to YOU..........he needs his record PURGED because while it can be seen he voted ILLEGALLY, he is ineligible to become a citizen..........why? because it is a criminal ACT (regardless of whether the SOL ran out or not) and shows he is not of "good moral character" - but apparently you are perfectly content with people voting illegally - so whatever.

The odd thing is that the ability to vote and the whole process is obviously one of the biggest privileges that we have in the US, so, it is odd that the federal government would allow an undocumented person to violate that. Being able to vote was supposed to mean and stand for something in the US, it was supposed to be OURS, the trait of the United States and democracy. It should not be watered-down by allowing undocumented people to use that privilege.

The person in question wasn't here illegally - he was on a work visa, and I'm sure no matter how the bleeding hearts care to spin it knew well and good that he was ineligible to vote. Whatever happened to "ignorance of the law is no excuse"?

It's up to the visa holder to KNOW the laws
