I saw 50 thousand people leaving a stadium last night. It appears many were intoxicated but Police stood by and just watched. Since we cannot enforce these laws due to sheer numbers of people creating the infraction the law(s) needs to be repealed.

This is the mindset many have toward illegal immigration. Why should we bother to enforce ANY law if we don't have the will to do it? If a mob of poor steals a grocery store bare we should just let it happen. I mean, come on, they are desperate.

This works for Mexico and Guatemala, right?

According to the Feds, non-violent illegal aliens are not criminals, and should not be deported. The fact that they have violated our immigration laws, commit ID theft, document fraud, and tax evasion, does not warrant punishment. Accordingly, we should not punish citizens who commit non-violent crimes. Every incarcerated embezzler, non-violent drug dealer, burglar, car thief, even Bernie Madoff should be released. After all, unless one commits an act of violence, a crime has not been committed. Right?

Then, we should have no laws that pertain to anyone non-violent. Just think of the savings to law enforcement. We can prop up more social service programs to everyone since, as we can see, no human being is illegal or capable of doing an act that is.

I'd like to see their "political definition" of "violent/violence".

I guess a threat against this country would be legal or a threat of any kind, for that matter. I mean...there's no violence.

Absolutely! Only acts of violence should be illegal. Can you imagine the rampant shoplifting, car theft, tax evasion, etc? Oops, that’s right, they would no longer exist.

We can have anything we want. No one would be limited by income. See a nice house in a new development -- just move in. You can furnish it by stopping by the local furniture store and loading a “borrowed” truck with the finest. See the car of your dreams on a dealership parking lot -- just go inside, take the keys and drive away. Talk about anarchy.

That is bull crap from the feds. Illegals from the Caribbean get deported once they are apprehended. Its the Mexicans who do not get deported.

They don't want to cause an uproar because of the share numbers of illegal mexicans here. well tehy should have done something befor eit got this bad, and they should have been doing something so that it would not have gotten this bad in the first place
