Not only is ICE refusing to arrest so-called “non-criminal” illegals, they are now releasing illegals from jail if they pose no threat.

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration is moving to release thousands of illegal immigrants detained at facilities across the country if the immigrants have a potential path to legal residency.

In other words, all illegal aliens currently in this country who have not been caught committing a violent crime are eligible for amnesty.

where is this guy coming from and going? i never thought I would feel our Pres was scaring me, but I do about now. And what is worse, there are still those out there that believe in everything he does and believes everything he says.

13 Pres have been in the white house since I was born, some have been very good, some disasters and most inbetween. All have done a few things they could have been proud of and a few things I am sure they would have loved to do differently, but this is the first time I can honestly say, I am not pround of our president and I do not think he is a true lover of America. This is a hard thing to admit and a sad day for our country.

Sad indeed. With this order, he has just opened the floodgates of hell. There are thousands of rapists and murderers who have managed to elude law enforcement. We have no idea how many of these scumbags are being released. Moreover, where are the 17,000 going to work?

This is nothing LESS than a backdoor amnesty.

What happened to the damn rules all LEGAL immigrants have to abide by? Do we get a "pass" as well? Are we allowed to ONLY abide by the laws we decide are valid for us and ignore the rest?

Perhaps I shouldn't bother to renew my GC if I don't have citizenship by the time it expires? After all it's an onerous obligation to have to front up to the USCIS office and fill out all those forms and be fingerprinted and pay the fees........I demand equal rights with the illegals.
