Contact your state senators, reps and governor too. Tell them to enforce the law and to cut off funding to 'sactuary cities'!

Default Forwarding a letter sent to Gov. Perry, state reps and senators

Sir,

I am thrilled that the illegal AMNESTY bill died in the US Senate today!

While I am aware that Texas has taken some steps toward border security, there is still a lot of work to do. It’s time for you and your fellow legislators to step up and do the jobs that the federal government hasn’t done in the past and probably won’t do in the future, at least not as long as Pres. Bush and the ‘Masters of the Universe’ are in office.

Employers of illegal aliens sent to prison

Cut off state funding from ‘sanctuary cities’

Local and state law enforcement officers given the mandate to check the status of suspected illegal aliens and to detain those that are illegal

In-state tuition available only to those who can establish legal residency

Cut off all state aid to illegal aliens

Establish English as the official language of the state.

I know that these measures would likely cause a hardship for some but we all have to look at what is best for our state and for the entire country, not just our little piece of it.

Thank you,
