The post by 1AngryTaxPayer is more an issue with the 14th amendment. Given your reaction, I just kind of wondered if you wanted a repeal to the 14th?

No, I donít want the 14th Amendment repealed. I want the Birthright Citizenship provision interpreted as intended.

Could you elaborate? The text states all persons born on US soil are citizens. Do you want a provision against illegal immigrants?

The constitution doesn't NEED changing - it's the interpretation of the 14th that has led to illegals and tourists using it to prop up their claims to the right of citizenship by birth for their offspring

It specifically states ALL persons. So it would need a change.
