Immigration inspectors poring over the hiring paperwork of a California company last summer found that 262 employees — a whopping 93 percent of the total workforce — had “suspect” documents on file.

At an Illinois service company, auditors found dubious documents for nearly 8 in 10 of its 200-plus employees.

What the hell IS ICE doing? They are waiting for illegals to rape or kill before they consider them a threat; and they're ignoring illegal employers. We need to simply disband this inept agency, and save our tax dollars.

ICE is supposedly the enforcement arm of the USCIS, but as they don't seem to be DOING much of that "enforcement" it does seem a waste of effort.

WE know that ICE and the federal government isn't doing what they should be doing with illegal immigration. This is something that is a fact and that we just know to be true, but the question is, what can we do? That's not a question that reflects giving up, but an actual question. The media isn't going to call them out on it, that would be racist ... so, what?

I’m afraid if the Feds don’t start doing their job, citizens will start handling this situation themselves. We can’t simply relinquish our country to illegal aliens.

Yea, it has appeared that way for the last 2 or so years now as more people are becoming aware of the happenings within illegal immigration and as it begins to affect their lives, neighborhoods, schools, jobs, taxes, etc.

Not surprising, seeing who is in power in this country.

Audits are nothing beyond documented shakedowns of businesses.

Just another typically useless government agency. Really, who is surprised?

Of course they are not gonna go after them. The companies likely lobby the government to keep it this way. That's why laws like SB1070 are needed. If the USCIS won't go after them, it's up to the states to do that. But of course Chairman Obama is trying to see that the states remain helpless. The illegals can get away with murder, but one little slip-up from a legal immigrant and it's deportation. I really think that the US and Mexican governments have, over time since NAFTA, made backroom deals with each other of some sort. Why else would the Feds not lift up a single finger??

Backroom deals? That makes sense to me, why else would our government allow this to happen?

I read about corrupt governments all over the world yet the U.S. is never mentioned. We need to be added to that list.
