US Cartoon of Mexican Flag Draws Ire Across the Border

That last sentence really cracks me up. "We have a lot of respect for our flag." Bwahahahah ha, hahahahahaha. Well perhaps if the illegals would stop burning ours and wraping it around their butts during protests, we would drum up some respect for their flag as well. I do hope this cartoonist does not feel he has to say sorry.

I just read the article. 66% say it has not crossed the line with disrespect. I assume for the very reason you just stated.

I'm quite certain Mexicans respect their flag; that is, they respect it when they carry it on our side of the border. We should respect ours enough to protect it and the country for which it stands rather than enaling an illegal invading population.

It offends me to even see the mexican flag. When I want to see it I will go to mexico. That flag has no business here

The only reason I'd want to respect that flag would be out of respect for the good people of Mexico who love their country and are living there working to make it a better place.

As far as the illegals - they are the ones bringing disrespect for their flag by breaking any and all kinds of laws to get out of their country rather than stay and work for it.

Mexicans should not be offended by the cartoon, but by the truth the cartoon is telling.

That's actually funnier than the cartoon. They think they can do anything they want to OUR flag, but how dare an American make a cartoon of THEIRS.
