Pro-criminals cannot divide their "immigrant" stance. Without "legal" immigrants in their agenda they simply don't have one. illegal Aliens are a burden, legal Immigrants are not.

Well, I'm not sure how you arrived at those figures. Time Magazine does not really tell us either, so that should tell us something, right?
According to Federal data, Hispanics make up over 50% of those on TANF welfare rolls in California. Here are some Federal statistics for you to digest:
Hispanics account for 50.6% of the total welfare sponges in California.
Whites accounted for 20.8%
That would make a Hispanic family 2.8 Times (281%) more likely to be on welfare than a white family in California. Do you now understand the burden Hispanics put on the American Government, and California in particular?
