Redutio ad Hitlerum.

The OP's post title claims that a policy leads to—or is the same as—one advocated or implemented by Adolf Hitler or the Third Reich, and so "proves" that the original policy is undesirable. The suggested logic is one of guilt by association, a classic confusion of correlation and causality, as if to say that anything Hitler did, no-one else should do, for it will obviously or eventually lead to genocide.

The OP labels an isolated incident in another state to be a result of "Jan Brewer's America" and tags the post with the Nazism "Sieg Heil" in order to inform us all that as a direct result of Jan Brewer's endorsement of SB1070, we are all now living in the equivalent of Nazi "show your papers" Germany.

The tactic is often used to derail arguments, because such comparisons tend to distract and anger. As a previous poster noted, this methodology, also known as Godwin's law, should be avoided, because it robs the valid comparisons of their impact.

So, in conclusion:

Jan Brewer = Nazi Germany?

Fail.

Just where in the bloody hell does she think she is, Nazi Germany? Or perhaps Arizona, since that's the kind of attitude that hate-filled laws like Jan Brewer enacts engenders in society.

Screw her and the horse she rode in on. "I'd like to see your Green Card." As if.

I guess this proves that it is not now nor has it ever been about skin color, eh Jill61?

Unless, of course, Dane-in-LA is a swarthy, brown eyed Dane.
