If illegals are willing to have their fingertips removed to avoid detection, why would you believe they won’t find a method to invalidate a chip? Moreover, why should only a select group be chipped, as opposed to everyone caught here illegally?
You can bet that within 30 seconds of the implementation of RF chipping that someone will devise a method to locate and remove the chip.

i have thought about that, but it could be done upon illegal re-entry. we would have them sign consent acknowledging that if they were to illegally re enter they would be chipped. they dont want to be chipped, they stay out. easy as that. it helps our country as well as mexico. we all will know where the criminals are at.
(this is for the violent offenders and molestors. not the simple deportations.)
Why shouldn't all illegals be chipped if they return again after being deported? They are all a detriment to our society.
we should load them on a boat and meet a mexican naval boat in the middle of the GOM for a prisoner transfer.

Maybe we should tattoo a list of the crimes they've committed on their foreheads so they can use a scanner to read it.
