Let me "clarify" something. Federal LAW says any male between 18 and 26 who lives here alien or not.illegal alien or not ALL MUST REGISTER WITH THE SELECTIVE SERVICE. Any illegal who has not done this has broken a federal law..........they dont enforce it either except on our legal american sons..
and considering illegals can't serve in the miltary anyway, it's kind of a moot point.
What is American law regarding illegal immigration? I could tell you what the actual written laws are, but they are not enforced. Instead, I shall give you a summary of what our current illegal immigration system is.
These are all true, sadly.
-If you are against illegal immigration, you are considered a racist by pro-illegals and portrayed in a bad light by the liberal media.
-If you are a sheriff who pursues illegal immigrants and refers them to ICE for deportation, you will be threatened to stop by the Department of Justice.
-If you are a sheriff who disavows the threats of the Department of Justice, you will have any dirt researched on you and be brought to court.
-If you are a state that passes any anti-illegal immigration laws, you will be sued by the ACLU, La Raza, and the Department of Justice.
-If you are a state that passes a law not in conflict with the federal law that the Department of Justice enforces (or should enforce), you will have that law challenged by the DOJ and struck down by a liberal judge.
-If you are a state that passes a law not in conflict with the federal law that the Department of Justice enforces (or should enforce), you will be boycotted and sued by other American cities.
-If you are a state that passes a sanctuary city law completely in conflict with federal law that the Department of Justice enforces (or should enforce), the Department of Justice will not sue you or do anything to intervene.
-If you are a Democrat and a foreign leader bashes America while in America, it is okay to give him a standing ovation.
-It is okay to be an illegal immigrant in America so long as you haven't killed someone - you will not be deported otherwise.
-It is okay to have more children than you can feed, and have them supported by the American taxpayer.
-If you are an illegal immigrant caught by those enforcing immigration laws, you will most likely be released because Obama said so.
-You cannot pass law verifying the immigration status of someone you are renting to because that is racist. America apparently has a race unique from the rest of the world - the illegal race.
-If you are a Democratic senator, you will sneakily try to stuff Amnesty acts into vital Defense bills in order to gain votes.
-If you are the President, you will push for Amnesty even though it is a direct insult to legal immigrants who came the right way.
-Legal immigrants did things the wrong way.
-According to our government, Amnesty is the only way to enforce illegal immigration laws. Actually enforcing the law through employer sanctions and deportations is illegal, racist, and wrong.
-Assimilation from illegal immigrants is a dated concept. Instead, American citizens must learn new languages.
-Illegal immigration law forbids American citizens from holding blue-collar jobs and letting them stay unemployed because immigrants work for much less.
-If you are an illegal immigrant, you are allowed to appeal to stay in the country under special circumstances due to the stresses of working long hours under a tough boss. American citizens in this situation have to just deal with it and receive no special treatment.
-If you are an illegal immigrant and aunt of the President, you do not need to follow immigration law.
-If an illegal immigrant is the victim of violence near the border at the hands of border patrol, the federal government will send the FBI and denounce Border Patrol while offering an apology to a foreign leader.
-If an American citizen is the victim of violence near the border at the hands of an illegal immigrant, the story will be tucked away and virtually ignored by the federal government.
I suppose those in favor of less big government and less taxes can look at the slack immigration policies as your tax money not being spent on administrative border patrol and at the same time a less intrusive big government,and at the same time people saving lots of money by hiring cheap menial labor from across the border.. sounds like a win win scenario.

all I will add, is that is great reading, show the fustration with illegal immigration...even if most were incorrect and simply very refutable.
but some have so little to have to feel go about these days. Im not going to burst any bubbles.
