Many outstay their employer sponsored visas. Unless there was a 100 percent guarantee that her parents were going to have their visas renewed, which there most definitely was not, she is an anchor baby.
You started this discussion about Michelle Malkin supposibly being an anchor baby, rather, you said she was "illegal".
Why don't you show some proof that her parents over stayed their Visa's?.

That would end much of the problem.

You know what, i really like how you think on this subject your absoutely right, their could be a modification to the amendement and made clear that illegals coming here for the purpose of giving birth, will not be given any free passes. We reward this behavior with welfare handouts, even though these people are in our Country illegally. And by no means should that hospital visit be free, no free passes should be given in any way, if we do not cease the opportunity to get tough on these here issues, how will this problem ever cease. It will only get worse, so of course i agree with what you have said. And by all means no anchor babies could ever sponsor their families for immigration.

Precedent only means they way the SC intreprets the amendment and subsequent and lower courts follow said rulling. Precedent has nothing with nullifcation, recindment, or amendment.

Again. . . I’m glad you finally realize this simple fact. Perhaps you will now stop incessantly including “precedent” in your posts as though precedent precludes change.

I never stated or intamated that....Never. I always used the caveat of change. Nice try.

Of course, you could always pull up my posts that proves your incorrect contention.

Had her parent's visas expired at the time when Michelle was born? There lays your clue.

Exactly !!! These Cockroaches need to take care of their own problems, instead of dropping litters of babies they can't afford.

Maybe GOD will punish these morons for their stupidity. We need to end this and the first step is to remove Obama's supporters from office and then Obama.
This is absolutely disgusting at a time when many Americans are out of work with no health insurance for their families and to have these LEACHES waste tax payers money on their gross STUPIDITY and irresponsibility and for this criminal to use GOD as an excuse is a JOKE.

These idiots keep having kids when they're broke is the cause of their problems, not the solution.

It doesn't matter whether or not they overstayed. If a person comes here on any type of visa, renewal of the visa is inherently conditional. Therefore, she is an anchor baby as she was born while her parents were on temporary status.

Point being, if you are going to talk birthright citizenship, make it completely across the board. Don't exclude those you agree with and look the other way for them.

There is a huge difference between parents coming here legally in the first place whether it be on a temporary visa or not opposed to a border jumper who never had papers to enter our country at all.

My proposal for birthright citizenship would be that at least one parent would have to be a citizen of this country in order for the newborn to qualify for instant citizenship.

WHY 14TH Amendment MUST BE APPEALED.

14th Amendment must be appeal before any kind of reform is thought about, because it alone is bankrupting this country. Anchor babies can and do collect welfare, food stamps, Medicaid, public housing assistance and their parents, who are in this country illegally benefit through them. Anchor babies qualify on their parent income and since they are low income earners they qualify. (at the expense of the American tax payers)

Illegal Aliens Get Millions In Monthly Welfare Checks
An example of who the state cuts the monthly checks to is an unemployed 43-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico who gets $650 a month for each of her four children and about $500 in federal food stamps and other vouchers. .
