Arrested and deported numerous times....still he kills. (9/11, illegal aliens, laws)

DNA nabs a Mexican national for cold blooded murder of an elderly couple. If this story doesn't make the case for an armed, walled border, nothing will.
The thought of legalizing these reprobates makes me nauseous. Apparently, illegal immigration will not be considered a serious issue until a family member or close friend of a member of Congress is brutally raped or murdered. Sadly, there are millions of victims of illegal aliens, but our pandering government doesn’t give a damn.
An open to criminals border is perfect for criminals because the police on neither side can go after them for the crimes they commit plus obtaining a whole new identity is simple and cheap.
He had been arrested and deported numerous times...isn't that what is supposed to happen? Obviously he isn't getting back through "proper channels" and wouldn't be a candidate for citizenship or amnesty anyway. So unless your whole point is to create some kind of impenetrable wall between us and every other country, so we will only have to deal with American murderers, this has little to do with immigration or amnesty.
This is the Illegal Immigration forum. The people we're posting about are not immigrants. They are here illegally. Thus, this is not the "immigration" forum.
Perhaps you weren't aware of this, but illegal immigration is NOT simply about amnesty, Ceece. It's about America's open, porous borders that our elected officials refuse to secure.
Just because the b*stard wouldn't be eligible for shamnesty does not negate the fact that he shouldn't have ever been here to begin with. I'm sure the fact that he would not be eligible for amnesty and is only a byproduct of our country's inability to protect its citizens from illegal alien criminals is of small comfort to Wallace Siegel and Helen Sabraw.
No, the issue here is WHY has this murderer and career criminal been allowed to illegally immigrate to this country numerous times? Only the fact that he was pulled over for a traffic violation and had a prior open warrant allowed his DNA to be run through the system, resulting in his arrest. Thank goodness it happened BEFORE he killed even more Americans.

Yes, we want them deported. However, we also want our borders to be protected to prevent these miscreants from returning. There are millions of scumbags just like him who are indeed eligible for amnesty. The difference being, his DNA linked him to a serious crime. If not for DNA, this garbage would be included in the group to be granted a path to citizenship, along with other illegals who commit heinous crimes in this country, but are never apprehended.
If a serious crime perpetrated by an illegal alien is not related to illegal immigration, I don’t know what is. Our borders will never be impervious. However, we cannot continue to allow untold millions to enter our country without permission. You do realize it is not only Mexicans seeking employment who breach our border security, don’t you? Given the tragic events of 9/11, our porous borders should concern every citizen, regardless of their stance on illegal immigration.
I agree with Kele. Those who prey on the defenseless elderly or children deserve “special” treatment. I truly cannot fathom how this tragedy can be marginalized.

I believe these Devils should be disposed of long before they are allowed to do this. A long walk on a short pier comes to mind.
It has everything to do with criminal, illegal alien wrong doings.
How does that work in Mexico? Shoot, shovel and shut up. Sometimes it makes sense.
