Illegal Alien Deported for Sexually Assaulting 3-Year Old (medical, 9/11, born)

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement deported a man to Mexico yesterday who was convicted of sexually assaulting a 3-year-old girl at his family's daycare facility.

This removal is the latest in ICE's four-year initiative, Operation Predator, aimed at those who sexually exploit children. ICE announced June 7 that its Operation Predator arrests had topped 10,000 nationwide. That number includes 246 arrests in Minnesota.

Why is this of any interest ? I am not quite sure what the point is ? Are we implying that all illegal immigrants are pedophiles and sexual deviants, most of them ? if statistically there are more Americans who commit such heinous crimes does this mean all Americans are that way inclined? Is this just another way to whip up racism and xenophobia ? Or just a snippet of news to fill the time? I remain puzzled.

Let me see if I understand this. An illegal alien sexually assaults a three year old and he is sentenced to three years in prison, which is suspended so ICE can deport him.

So basically he will be back within a week, possibly attacking even more children. This guy committed a heinous crime against a child and he got a free pass because he is a criminal illegal alien.

Just one more pathetic example of why this nation is in dire shape because of our politicians lack of desire to protect Americans.

This country has been getting tough. In the last year Jessica's Law has passed and is now law in most states.

Evidently, being an illegal alien gets you a free pass for many, many crimes.

If it was an American citizen that committed this crime he would be in jail right now.

Great. So why not legitimize the illegal aliens here so you can better track the ones who do commit crimes and tax the ones who don't.

Also, what percentage of illegal aliens are sex offenders versus those born in the US?

It seems to me just by looking at this forum that some people just have to see the word alien to whip themselves into a tizzy and totally discount the losers (as in the citizen sex offenders, lazy welfare folk, bad drivers, etc) who are considered a-ok just because they happen to be born in a specific geographic destination.

Sex offenders are the scum of the earth. Why not realize that is true regardless of citizenship? Why not push for a change in the law so that all sex offenders get harsher sentences, not just those born in this country. Blind anger over illegal immigration seems to make people not even realize the true issues.

Even though these crimes are committed overwhelmingly by good solid citizens. And as you state, any chance of trying to get them in the system was just defeated, so people only have themselves to blame when illegals can't pay medical bills, or conduct themselves like other members of society. As far as crime being committed overwhelmingly by citizens, statistics show that illegal immigrant crime, including driving while intoxicated, kills an average of 25 Americans every single day. In one year, that adds up to 9,125 dead Americans, more than were killed during 9/11 and the Iraq War combined.

Now tell me why, in the name of all that is sane, are you condoning the illegal importation of the criminals who have killed approximately 54,750 Americans since September 11th, 2001? If we have, as you say, enough folks in this country legally, willing to commit those same crimes, why bring in more? Can you look the loved ones of all those who have been killed by illegal aliens in the face and tell them that this is not an illegal immigration issue? I'd like to be a fly on the wall when you make that argument to the parents, siblings, wives, husbands, and children of the 54,750 Americans killed in the last six years by people who should have never been in this country to begin with.

Unfortunately, those statistics don't begin to encompass the lives affected by criminal illegal immigrants, whose victims lived to tell the tale.

1. Secure our Border by whatever means are necessary.

2. Heavily fine and imprison any and all employers, whether corporate or private, found to employ illegal aliens.

3. Cut off ALL social services to illegal aliens and to their children, with the exception of emergency medical care.

4. Clarify the 14th Amendment. One of the Fourteenth Amendment's key authors, Michigan Senator Jacob Howard explained in 1866 that the citizenship clause, intended to ensure the rights of former slaves and their children, "would not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are the children of foreigners, aliens, or who belong to families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States..." The14th Amendment was America's promise to the children of Black African slaves, not the pathway to citizenship to children of illegal aliens.

Deportation through attrition. Eliminate the horse crap and you eliminate the horse flies, plain and simple.

Nope, we don't need to reward criminal behavior. Every illegal here is a criminal and they all need to leave then we don't have to track any of them.

And I would agree all sex offenders are scum but that is no reason to import Mexican illegal alien sex offender scum.

The fact is all illegals are criminals, and none of them should be here, at all. If necessary, we should put the military on the border to do what's necessary to keep these economic terrorists out of this country.
