You can't see the difference between American-hispanics, born here, English speaking, often with very long roots in the USA and those criminals fresh over the border with a stolen social security number?

If you don’t understand the difference between a person born in this country (native-born) and one born in a foreign land (foreign-born), I certainly can’t help you.

native born hispanic - one born here that is of hispanic descent. How much clearer does it really need to be?
