Unfortunately, I don’t think there is much you can do unless they’re in violation of housing codes. Even then, our government has a track record of ignoring laws when illegals are involved. Unless they are caught committing a violent crime, they are off-limits in most jurisdictions. They could have a meth lab and ICE wouldn’t consider them a threat to the community.
What is the crime that you wish to report? Is there a law that landlords can only rent to citizens, resident aliens, visa waiver visitors, tourists, H1B workers, E visa, B1 visa, J visa, Q visa, L visa, TN visa, H2B etc... visa holders?
With approximately 45 percent voters turnout, 3,906 ballots were cast in favor of the ordinance and 2,908 against. The ordinance would ban the harboring, hiring of and renting to Illegal Immigrants.
Maybe they will set the house on fire, and the landlord will kick them out. We had some illegal Samalis do just that. There were 24 of them in a 2 bedroom house, and when the power went out, they brought a BBQ inside the house, a few died from carbon dioxide poisoning and caught the house on fire. The landlord said he had no idea that they were illegal......right.
Since there is no provision that makes it incumbent for a londlord to do a "citizen check" before renting to an individual, it is hence not illegal to rent to anyone.
It would be incumbent for a court of law to first make a legal determination if a person was undocumented alien or not.
Until you have a court make a legal determination that "the renter" was illegally in this country...no crime has been commited by the renter or landlord.

It's illegal alien, not undocumented alien.
