This is absolutely horrible. They actually multiply a lot more like jackrabbits.
Yes - "rats" is just a poor, non-pc choice of words. He could have used rabbits - or even better "bunnies".
It's hard to miss the single-family homes with 4 or 5 adults living in them and 20 or more children. Or the pregnant illegal woman exclaiming she has 6 kids here and cannot be deported or she and her children will die in Mexico.
Over half of Mexican girls in the USA have at least one baby before age 20, many have 3 or 4. The birth rate is one reason the hispanic population is exploding - it's not just the illegals coming here in huge numbers, it's also that many give birth shortly after arriving and frequently after that.

It seems that on the whole in this society:
One that lies (even though the recipient knows it's so) is loved and the One that says the truth is despised. I don't agree of living life this way but this is how it seems much of the time.
To me they also multiply to the amount of $$$ increase spending to welfare on the future taxpayer increased payroll deductions and or new taxes.
I find Curry Todd's statement to be highly insulting.

Rats do not sneak across the border to whelp out Anchor Babies (at the expense of America's Taxpayers). Rats had nothing to do with the closing of so many emergency rooms along the nation's Southern Border.

Rats do not Gang-Rape American girls at their proms.
Rats do not Gang-Rape American men in prisons.
Rats do not smuggle children across the border, to be used as sex slaves in brothels.
Not one single Rat has ever committed an Armed Home Invasion.
Drunken Rats have not killed anyone while operating motor vehicles.
No rats operate Meth rings, and no Rats bribe people in government that they might import more rats, to serve as a market for drugs they are producing and selling.
No Rat has ever driven a Boom Car.
