The current administration has committed a lot more resources to patrolling the border than the previous administration.

What? No mention that the Texas DPS co-ordinates with Homeland Security and the Border Patrol and Texas receives over $ 1/2 billion each year in terrorism/border related federal funding?

Then why do we still have a steady stream of illegals flooding into our country?

The story was about Texas DPS working with US Border Patrol to locate Drug trafficers in the global drug war.

In which way?...besides for being under-funded and under-maned[a condition from many past administrations] they are not restricted in their enforcement...

I wonder if they will be deported or let go before they even go to court. This is the ONLY administration that I'm aware of that orders the illegals be released if they haven't been charged with a major felony.

I can't even imagine being a cop and risking my life to catch these guys just to have the administration order their release.

If I had property on the Texas/Mexico border a rifle, night vision cameras, & hunting dog would be my best friend.
