This is absolutely unconscionable. Just when we thought they couldn’t stoop any lower, they pull this crap. Now, they’re contemplating adding the DREAM Act to a bill intended to help Haitian orphans gain citizenship through adoption in this country. Only the heartless would oppose this bill, right?

Quote:
On Sunday night, the Help Haiti Act was the third item on the agenda for the next day. You see it right there. But then, about four hours later, when another updated schedule was sent out at 6:03 p.m., the bill was gone, removed from the agenda, along with several other bills. There was no explanation. Someone just took it off the list.

But get this. Democratic sources say there's talk of attaching the highly controversial DREAM Act to the Haiti bill, and the vote would happen later this month.

See, this way, if Republicans vote against it, Democrats can say, well, look Republicans don't care about orphans.

My God, the Democrats just keep stooping lower and lower, don't they? Last time they tried to attach it to a defense bill.

Thank goodness the American people have seen enough of the dems scamming the America people and elected good solid American loving Rep's to stop this kind of crap.

2 recessions under the dems watch in 4 years tells me that we need to start taking care of our own and stop spending money in other countries until we can get our homeless and hungry caused by this current economic mess under control.

People need to demand that this bill is put on Cspan as promised and is not signed for 5 days so the American people can read it since the dems love to pass bills and tell is what is in it later.

The dream is over folks. Time to take care of our own and remove the invaders from our country.

Would it be limited to only Haitian orphans?

For some reason I doubt it. Suddenly you will see La Raza types really caring about Haitians, insisting they have rights to come in unlimited numbers.

First it's attached to funding for our soldiers, now to bill to benefit Haitian orphans.

There is no low to which the Democrats will not stoop. Hopefully, the Republicans stand against it while reintroducing the Haiti bill on its own.

This is political grandstanding. They are trying to court the favor of national Hispanic groups in the hopes of shackling more of them to the Democratic Party and making them obedient slaves while tossing a bone or 2 every so often. Let's face it. The Democrat Party was built on welfare slaves and so-called "victims" of society.
