Anyhow your guy probably wasn't born in Puerto Rico. It's very common for illegals to buy birth certificates and other documents from Puerto Rico. Very very common.
so would it be ok to question all puerto ricans papers?

Can you get REAL? EVERYONE knows the massive invasion from mexico into this Country illegally and to cry racial profiling or any other loophole to protect this criminal is absurd. Illegal aliens have created the worst mess in this Country and we are trying to clean it up and them OUT! I would be a very much less forgiving leader of this Country. Stop all the dang whining. This story was all over the local news in chicago, playing it off like a sob story about harassment and anti-illegal views. The guy A) was in connection to a felony B) speaks with a spanish accent C) couldn't answer basic questions about purto rico.
The police had every right to detain him.
