In this case the family was already in the USA but they went to Mexico to do the drug trafficking and murder for hire that Mexican citizens don't want to do.
Well - so much for the theory that illegals come here to better themselves or that Mexican poverty and corruption is to blame for criminals and violence. Even with all the many opportunities the US birth certificate provided them, all the welfare handouts, they get into drug trafficking and violence.
A large number of illegals are here working for the cartels - and they are having anchor babies right and left.
